When you purchase something from online store, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address. I only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data I store, I’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. By using this website and placing orders through the same you agree:

  1. To use this website only to make inquiries or place orders that are legally valid. All the items purchased on are for personal use only, and with no intention of resale.

  2. Not to place any false or fraudulent order. If I can reasonably determine that an order is false or fraudulent, I will be entitled to cancel the order and report it to the relevant authorities.

  3. To provide me with your true email address, mailing address and/or other contact information. You also agree that I may use that information to contact you.

If you do not provide me with all the necessary information, I will not be able to process your order. By placing an order through this website, you declare to be older than 18 years old and to have legal capacity to enter into agreements.

Although I will do my best to always process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require me to refuse processing an order after sending the Order Confirmation, therefore I reserve the right to do so at any time, in my sole discretion. I will not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, regardless of whether the product has been sold or not, for removing or modifying any material or web page content, or for refusing to process an order after having sent you the Order Confirmation.
Ordering & Shipping

To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to check out. Once your order has processed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

For the products in stock and for the unique pieces the waiting time will be very reduced – the time necessary to pack them with care and to organise the collection of the courier – but all the others are made to order. Each product takes a different time to be made, you will find the estimated waiting time in the description of each product, but it can still vary. Please be patient, I will personally see to it that you get the products as soon as possible.

If you would like to receive a product for a specific date, please write to me before proceeding with the order.

Payment and order confirmation
You can pay through the following services:

Please note that the order will only be shipped once payment has been received.

All orders are shipped from my atelier in Vicenza, North of Italy.

All shipments are all fulfilled with trusted couriers, and a tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation email. Times and methods may vary depending on the destination. Please allow 3 working days for the order to be processed, and indicatively 4 days for shipping, 7 days for extra European shipping. In the event of a delay, you will be noticed by e-mail.

Free shipping for Italy. Shipping costs start from 10€ for European countries and from 22€ for the USA. The exact shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page based on the weight of the items selected. All orders shipped outside of Europe might be subject to customs duties and taxes upon receipt. For those country considered of difficult access (ex. Canary Islands) consider that a surcharge will be applied to the shipping costs. Taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are credited to the customer and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any eligible product you have ordered from A. Vetra within 14 days from receipt of goods. If you want to return an item please take the following steps:

  1. Send me an email informing me of your wish to return your purchase. Please make sure to include your name, email used to make the purchase and your phone number to Once you have submitted your request, return instructions will be sent to you within 72 hours.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will be in touch to organise return shipping. Please do not ship your return back without my authorisation, as it will not be processed. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender.

  3. After authorisation, proceed with booking a courier of your preference (better if traceable).

  4. Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received back. Your refund will be issued in the form of the original method of payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for covering the costs of return shipping unless you demonstrate that the item arrived damaged or the listing was inaccurate, misleading or misrepresented the item. Unfortunately, I can not refund any taxes, duties fee.

Please be aware that you are responsible for safely packing and shipping the item for return. Each returned item must be received in original condition. I reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred after an item was delivered to the buyer.

Custom products cannot be returned.

A. Vetra cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges of products. If you would like to order a product in a different color or size, just place a new order, and we will get in contact with you to manage the return of your product.
